Sony has locked in the September 2026 PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup, and the practical part is the clock. According to the official PlayStation Blog post, Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes will be available to PlayStation Plus members from Tuesday, September 1, 2026 through Monday, October 5, 2026.
That alone is enough for a short service update. The more useful reminder is that Sony also says August’s Monthly Games stay claimable only until Monday, August 31, 2026. If you still have not added Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, or Signalis, this is the last clean checkpoint.
What Sony actually confirmed
The official lineup breaks down like this:
- Sniper Elite: Resistance | PS5, PS4
- MLB The Show 26 | PS5
- Wobbly Life | PS5, PS4
- Chained Echoes | PS4
Sony also says PlayStation Plus members can claim an MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle from Tuesday, September 1, 2026 through Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
The honest read
This is not the kind of PlayStation Plus cycle that needs fake drama. It is a recurring subscription post with one real use-case: know what is coming in on September 1, and do not miss what leaves on August 31.
Sony does include one caveat worth keeping: Monthly Games lineups can differ by region. So the official blog is enough to clear the headline package, but players should still check their local PlayStation Store once the September rollout goes live.
