November’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games are Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered and Monster Train 2. Sony’s October 28 announcement gives them a November 3–30 window. They are upcoming additions, not games we have verified as claimable today.

For subscribers considering a purchase, the useful check is the console version as well as the date. Two titles have announced PS4 versions; Monster Train 2 is listed for PS5 only in this lineup.

These are the versions in the English PlayStation Blog announcement. Check your account’s regional PlayStation Store when the offer opens; this is not confirmation of identical entitlement everywhere. The announcement does not establish an exact rollover hour, and we have not tested redemption on an account.

Essential includes Monthly Games

You do not need Extra merely to access Monthly Games. Sony’s support table lists the benefit under Essential, Extra and Premium. The separate Game Catalog belongs to Extra and Premium. Confusing those two benefits makes a straightforward monthly announcement harder to use.

Sony’s access guide describes Monthly Games as playable at no extra cost during membership. Its PS4 instructions explicitly separate adding a game to the library from downloading it. Follow the Monthly Games section for your console rather than assuming that seeing the announcement has added anything to your account.

This is subscription access, not permanent free ownership. Sony says access to Monthly Games ends when the subscription ends. Canceling renewal is different: benefits continue through the subscription period you have already paid for.

October has the earlier deadline

The immediate cutoff is November 2: Sony says that is the last day to add F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, October’s Monthly Games, to your library. That is an add-to-library deadline, not a claim that previously added games stop working that day while membership remains active.

The practical order is simple: check October’s set first, then revisit the Monthly Games section on November 3 for the announced November offer. Judge its value by the games you do not already own and the console you use, not an invented combined retail-price total.
